1.    Q: Where does the name of your site come from? Are you really a spy?

A: One of the things I noticed being a vegetarian early on was that you had to read labels and really investigate products in the supermarket when you went shopping. It was like an investigative affair as was going out to eat in restaurants and trying to explain to the server what you wanted. And I still love discovering new things to try and people on the same path as I am.

2.    Q: Where do the designs on your products come from?

A: The designs and sayings are things I have been doodling and saying for years, long before I thought anyone else would be interested in them. I hope you enjoy them!

3.    Q: Do I have to be vegan to order from you?

A: Of course not! Anyone can order anything they like.

4.    Q: Can I track my order?

A:  Yes! Please follow the tracking information we send to you when you order.

5.    Q: What if the items I ordered never arrive?

A: Hopefully that will not happen, but please let us know if it does and we will investigate. We want you to have your stuff!

6.   Q: What if I want to return something?

A: You may return faulty or defective merchandise for a refund, of course.

A:  Please send an email to contact@support.veganspy.com and give me 24 hours to get back to you. The truth is, I will probably return your correspondence in an hour or two, but just in case!

A:  If you’re going to send this sort of thing, try and think of something new.  I've been on this path since 1987, and I'm pretty sure I’ve heard it all.
